b. The product must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
c. Products that are not eligible for return include gift cards and downloadable software products.

b. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the RA number.
c. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.
d. Once we receive the returned product and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
e. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for another product, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your preference for an exchange. Once we receive your returned item and it is approved, we will arrange for the exchange.
